Image Al Hamichya is a blessing that we recite after we eat food from grains, fruits of Israel, or drink wine or grape juice.  It is not as long as reciting the Grace after Meals after eating a meal with bread.  As the saying goes, "Practice makes perfect".  If one regularly recites a blessing after eating, it should be easy to memorize this entire blessing.  However, one can also learn anything when it is put into a nice catchy tune.  Try this catchy tune on Al Hamichya.
