Understanding the Tehillim that we recite in many situations makes the recitation more meaningful. We stumbled upon an excellent free resource that will help us do just that.

The Nafshi Project, at Nafshi.org, is an online Web resource that is beautifully designed to provide help to many of us who want to make our recitation of Tehillim more meaningful and applicable to our daily lives as Dovid HaMelech meant them to be.  Thanks to Rabbi Yitzchok Kirzner of Flatbush, NY, the editor of Nafshi, we are able to acquire free PDF downloads of the entire Tehillim text and commentary.

A great way to use the PDF downloads is to have a table learning and discussion with our family or chabura.
